Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return most unused items in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email contact@tousergo.com with your order number. We will send a return authorization and the address. Items that have been used for hygiene reasons, or that were cut or customized, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund the item price to the original payment method. Outbound shipping is refunded only when we made the error. Return shipping to our EU warehouse is the customer's cost unless the product was defective.
