Terms of Service

These terms cover purchases from Tous Ergo by customers in the United States. The store sells adaptive equipment that ships from a warehouse in the European Union.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or the price shown was an obvious error.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is applied at checkout where applicable. Shipping charges, when any, are shown before you pay.

Use of the products

Our products are daily living aids. They are not a substitute for medical advice. Follow the instructions that come with the item, and talk with a clinician if you are unsure a product is right for you.
